This weekend’s edition of Real Parenting is all about… you guessed it! MONEY

Meet Sarah Deveau, author of  Money Smart Mom: Financially Fit Parenting

Whether you are a parent just going from paycheque to paycheque, trying to figure out how to pay off all your student loans now that you have kids or want to figure out how to save for a family vacation, Sarah Deveau will join me to share some great tips.

We’ll discuss how to get organized and create a family budget. Plus, we’ll chat about getting the family involved & teaching our kids about financial goals and how to make tough decisions about spending money.

Meet Alisa T. Weinstein, author of Earn It, Learn It: Teach Your Child the Value of Money, Work and Time Well Spent

Money doesn’t grow on trees and Alisa T. Weinstein provides an interesting and educational way to share that message with our kids. She interviewed 49 professionals and translated their jobs into more than 950 kid friendly tasks for children ages 4-12. We’ll discuss her educational strategy that teaches parents how to replace paying for traditional chores with real life career activities.

Join us for this fantastic money edition of Real Parenting on CFAX 1070 this Saturday, January 21st from 10-11am PT. Stream live from your computer by clicking through to the CFAX.
