Dr. Jane Goodall in Victoria
I have the great pleasure to welcome Dr. Jane Goodall to Real Parenting this Saturday October 15 from 10-10:30am PT on CFAX 1070.
Dr. Jane Goodall became famous for her pioneering research with Chimpanzees, a project she began in 1960 when she arrived on the shores of Lake Tanganyika in Tanzania, East Africa as a young woman. Despite the critics prediction that her research would be short lived, Jane’s work has grown over fifty years, garnering her numerous awards and making her a world renowned leader in environmental and humanitarian education and action.
We will discuss what Dr. Goodall’s research into chimpanzee behaviour has revealed about the importance of the mother-child relationship, the Roots & Shoots global youth action program and her many children’s books.

Halloween fun for the family
