Mama, you’re not alone: The hidden feelings of motherhood + postpartum depression

Thank god for people like you, Shirley, who bring a light to so many people’s tunnels of depression. The message you are not alone is so important when suffering through Postpartum Depression… but you will make it through. Thank you Shirley.

I really enjoyed the most recent show with Abbey Sprouts and Baby Bellhop talking about modern cloth diapers. Very informative!

I also enjoyed listenening to your second guest, Vicki, sharing her wisdom on how to encourage positive behaviour in young kids. Soooo helpful for me with my 3 year old!

You’re doing a great job with Real Parenting Shirley!
